Background: Cassia absus L. and Citrus medica plants are sources of different phytochemicals with pharmaceutical significance. They biochemically distinctive used in producing various herbal products exclusive bioactivity. Also, the extraction these phytonutrients medicinal characteristics has recently increased. Objectives: We determined to evaluate plant-derived compounds such as polyphenols antioxidant antimicrobial activity methanolic extract Methods: Antioxidant was calculated through linoleic acid inhibition, determination reducing power, 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) scavenging assay.
